Wild by Cheryl Strayed is a true story in which Cheryl’s mother passes away, younger than expected. Cheryl Strayed struggles with this and soon everyone around her goes in opposite directions. But all of a sudden, she decides to hike the Pacific Crest Trail. Having no experience with hiking long distances, she buys the things necessary and soon hikes the PCT.
My Review: I really enjoyed this book. There were moments that were a tad slow but soon caught up and made you want to read more. In some ways I could compare to her, the way she felt at times, I noticed that I, myself have felt something similar. Maybe you can relate too. All I know is in the end, I was so glad to have read this book. It was truly inspiring.
