mina & clementine,
Clementine flashes the older woman a bit of a confused look as she spoke to her. The High Rise wasnât really an area of Fiddlers Green that she hung around, considering she wasnât a member of the most Elite. She was far from that if she was being honest. âOh, um,â she let out a chuckle. âI was just making my way by here, thatâs all. Clem was honestly ready to be home for the night, already looking forward to giving Delilah some good cuddles and kisses.
"Oh,â is all Mina says before an irritated look washes over her face. The sun was starting to set & she still hasnât had her final meal which is likely why sheâs not in the best mood - which, unfortunately for Clementine, meant she had an attitude and was willing & ready to throw it at anyone. âThen tell me - why are we standing here, doing nothing at all?â Scoff. Mina turns slightly, speaking more to herself than the other as she says: âThe nerve of some people,â head shakes slowly. She turns back towards Clementine, forcing a smile. âYou have a nice night. Try not to waste any more peopleâs time on your way home.â
mina & frank,
Slightly startled by Minaâs small outburst, Frank shrugged off any reaction and waited for her to turn back towards him. He didnât acknowledge or offer any sympathy to the other woman, and placidly waited for her to have left before clearing his throat and continuing,
âAs I was saying, the Councilâs been discussing an increase in certain rations for residents of the high rise. As Advisor Iâm gathering any feedback you may haveâ perhaps specific requests in regards to which rations we should prioritize?â
Mina nods as the Advisor spoke, letting him know that she was listening intently. She lets out a small, obviously forced chuckle. âOh, Frank - darling. I honestly donât care about which rations you prioritize.â Head shakes slowly. âNo, no - as long as weâre getting them, you can give us whatever your little heart desires.â
Once again, the smile she offers is forced. âJust curious, though .. what are people suggesting you prioritize?â

âDonât touch my stuff!â Mina even goes as far as to swat the poor ladyâs hand away from her. She waves her hand towards the woman, signaling for her to leave - which she does shortly after. âSorry about that,â Mina lets out a small groan, turning back towards the other. âWhere were we?â
mina & kâat,
Kat didnât know what a festival was supposed to be like inside the Golden Triangle, but it sure didnât look like what one did back in the days before the apocalypse. It was an odd experience, walking into this place called the Den and seeing everyone mingling together as if there wasnât a large high rise looming over them, reminding them that they, the rest of the small bit of society left, were less than. Not that Kat really wanted to notice such things, he saw the squalor everyone lived in, especially since he was living in it himself, but he had to assume most of these people hadnât been outside its walls in years. They may be living in squalor, but Katsunari preferred it over living in the wasteland out there (for now, at least). He could turn a blind eye to what was around him as long as he needed to. Besides, Kat had twelve different escape plans in mind at all times. The guards might not let him out, but he would find a way. He always did.
There wasnât any plan to leave now, and Kat couldnât help feeling a bit curious about what the hell Fresh and Freaky was. He saw people drinking, laughing, talking. He was too young to drink (legally) when the end came, but he had to imagine that it was very similar to what a packed bar was like back in the day. Most of the commotion was around some sort of fenced-in area, and naturally he gravitated towards it. Pushing past others carelessly, he was⌠confused about what was going on inside the cage. Two walkers inside it, fighting each other for some helpless rodent. His brows creased. Taking a quick glance at the person beside him, he uncharacteristically spoke up, âIsnât this a bit⌠unethical?âÂ
It wasnât very often that one would see Mina outside of the high rise - why would she when she has everything she could want right there in front of her? But on most Fridays, she could be seen down at the Den, watching the zombies fight one another; in a weird way, it was Minaâs way of desensitizing herself to them  ââ itâd been years since she came face-to-face with one. The outbreak happened 16 years ago and in that time, Mina has killed a total of 3 zombies.
She shrugs. âMaybe, but theyâre dead anyway so what does it matter?â Mina has never had much sympathy for the undead. All they do is kill, eat and roam around. An eyebrow arches & she glances down at the zombies. âI guess this is what passes as entertainment down here,â she comments, though it mightâve been too loud to have just been made to herself. The blonde clears her throat, looking at the other. âIf you think itâs unethical, what brings you down here to watch?â
