Hello, dear "Psychonauts" fandom. I am not a part of your community, but I'm still writing this post to clear some things up.

Shit started when @babycharmander did a rant on @liu4ka, accusing them of "anti-semitism" without doing any proper research.

What's wrong? First of all, they made a translation error. Text on original image says "играет подлая еврейская музыка" and the word "подлая" was fucked up by google translator cause it means nor "scary" or "vile" but "sneaky". And the whole "sneaky jewish music" thing is just a meme, that has nothing to do with jewish people actually. Soundtrack with this name originaly came from "Kirby Air Ride", it reminded someone of jewish motifs and that's all.

But our "hero who seeks justice" didn't listen to a native russian speaker and just deleted my comments and blocked me. 

Saying shit behind a person's back is really really bold of them. So bold, that they couldn't take a single counter argument and talk to this person face-to-face to avoid misunderstandings.

Okay, what's next? Accusations of hatre because of a reference of the "happy merchant".

They're saying that "context is important" while misunderstanding that same context. Original artist didn't mean any of this "nazi propaganga". We are taking that caricature like a stereotypical meme and NO ONE will treat actual jews like shit because of a one silly picture. Original meaning can be changed, can be forgotten and I agree that it can be a serious issue. But thinking that everyone who makes stereotypical jokes is a some kind of "white suprematcist" is just ridiculous. It's like hearing "all americans are fat" or "all russians like vodka" and throwing a tantrum screaming "YOU NAZI!!!! YOU HATE THOSE PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU'RE THINKING STEREOTYPICALLY!!!!"
