Although I didn't post on the day of it's release, I'll do so on the day I finally watched it. "Spider-Man: Homecoming" is a "web-tastic" film (yes, I'm corny). It's feel good, humorous and a great conduit for little easter eggs in the #MCU. Tom Holland plays Peter Parker & Spidey very well. You have hints of material from the other Spider-Man (Miles Morales) in the comic books, at least 1 obvious hint. I enjoyed the hints of future villains. And Aunt May is much younger and very attractive (Hi Marisa Tomei 😘). There's nothing like that feeling when you buy an album and it doesn't disappoint your ears. I mean, every track. The production is great. The writing is on point, which is something I always look forward to. From the moment I heard his first single, #Location, I kept my ears open for more. Then his second single, #YoungDumbAndBroke came out and I had to pick up this album. Such a great accomplishment from a young artist. Khalid, keep up the hard work & dedication. It's artists like you and albums like this one that make me want to stop procrastinating and get back to writing. Sometimes in the middle of my Morning routine or shower routine I take a second to look in the mirror and I see the Man in the first pic. Then I take a deep breath while closing my eyes to dive into my Heart & Soul, I see the Boy in the second pic. A rush of relief comes over me and I smile. Because that Boy (and those I choose to surround myself with) make Life worth living. Dear Little Me, we made it to 32 & still counting! Happy Birthday! And to all those who showed Love with your calls, texts and presence, Thank You so much! I Love You All!

Ok . . so about tonight. Backstory feels important right now. So we’re celebrating my nephew’s, Jonah’s, Birthday (Happy Birthday Buddy! Love You!) at Billy Beez. My sister, Patty, (see photo, bottom right corner) sprains her ankle on a kiddie slide (in her defense, they had no type of glide to them, not in her defense, like who does that?!), I digress. We go about our day having fun, going to dinner afterwards and as we’re walking, limping in Patty’s case, back to the car, someone is kind enough to ask her, “are you okay?”. Patty takes one look and continues the conversation knowing it’s the #SNLAlumni #StandUpComedian #ComedicActor Tracy M'fn Morgan (excuse my abbreviated french). And knowing her, her mind is frantic trying to find a way to get my attention since I was almost out the door. Sure enough, my name is called and of course I thought, “what is it this time?!”. I’m walking back and I see her speaking to a gentleman, his back towards me and as I’m getting closer I hear his recognizable voice, my eyes popped further and my mouth dropped with a smile. I couldn’t believe it. Standing in front of me was a man who not only made me laugh constantly with his comedy but survived one of the worst accidents. Thankfully, I was focused enough to say, “Don’t JUST call ME! Anthony! Anthony! Come here!” I’m waving my brother down and in his voice, because it was him, Tracy Morgan repeated what I said, “Anthony! Come here!” 😂

Deadpool here and I volunteer myself (you know, self promotion) to bring awareness to Children's Cancer but I've learned there's something else people should be aware of, Time. The actual month for #NationalChildrensCancerAwareness is September and we're in December (and I only know that because I had to buy a new 2016 calendar, if only there was another way to know which month we're in, get on that, Apple).
