To any peeps who need to see this right now:

Dont't rely on anyone, because love does not exist. Stop trying for someone that doesn't put any effort to try for you. It's as simple as that, and sometimes you have to be the one that pushes them away as a retaliation for the lack of care and communication. But here is certainly a perfectly human response to the lack of effort or concern from others in for your everyday life. It's exhausting and nearly pointless, and you'll end up driving yourself mad waiting for things to change. Focus on you, and let others come around. I for one am trying to do better in these aspects, & if you value a friendship so bad, just try to build one. But do not exhausted yourself with toxic people in the world. Not everybody is meant to stick around forever

my mom has a friend who has a failed program-service dog and he’s literally my favorite creature

He’s a really smart lab, he learned all the commands, but he just has an affinity for doing them whenever he wants

So this lady’s dog literally turns on-off lights, opens doors, opens the fridge, etc… at his own wishes.

Her house looks like its baby-proofed, with kid safe locks on everything and stuff, but really she just has a dog that’s learned all the mobility service dog commands but has a mind of his own.
