Music Spotlight: Mabel

English singer-songwriter, Mabel, has made quite the impression since bursting onto the scene in September 2015. Her first single, ‘Know Me Better’, was quietly released onto her personal SoundCloud but didn’t remain a secret for long! She is now set to embark on her first-ever headlining U.S. tour next month in support of her debut album High Expectations. And with that, read on:

How did you feel when your first US headline tour was announced?

Excited! Can’t wait to get started!

Yes, a very secret in-depth one.

Favorite movie and why?

True Romance! Great cast and really well shot. Quentin Tarantino has a stand out style you just instantly recognize.

Who and/or what inspires your style?

Aaliyah has always been a huge style icon; she always managed the perfect balance between street and sexy!

In your opinion, what’s the most interesting thing about you that people may not know?

I’ve been told by many people that I’m a very good cook!
