maybe i've said this before, but the one miko criticism i never understood is the fact that she follows bulkhead everywhere, even if it gets her into trouble, because like... did we watch the same show? did you somehow manage to miss the fact that she's not only a weird alt girl, but an exchange student who struggles with making friends because she keeps getting into trouble? hell, even back in japan, she didn't get along well with her parents. she doesn't really have people in her corner. why are y'all acting shocked that she gets attached to the one person who openly gives a shit about her?

i don't blame her for getting attached to bulkhead because he clearly cares for her a ton. like yeah, she gets herself in hot water following him everywhere, but why are we blaming the child with attachment issues for having said attachment issues? that ain't her fault.

and not to mention, even if she's a troublemaker, she's the ultimate ride or die. she fucking killed hardshell after finding out what he did to bulkhead. she's nothing if not an incredibly loyal friend.

You mean to tell me that if you were a kid in highschool with no friends, no real sense of freedom and nothing interesting going on in your life, *you wouldn't* immediately latch onto and want to spend time with the giant shapeshifting alien robots that get up to insane shenanigans (and genuinely seem to care about you as a person) ??????????

Like can she be annoying? I mean I guess I can see why ppl might think that sure. But I absolutely do NOT fault her character for wanting to be as involved with the autobots as possible bc are you kidding me, they're the most interesting thing that's ever happend to her (or possibly ANYONE in jasper nevada).
