A roommate might not be a bad idea actually, I should have thought of that. You have a daughter? I guess that would make getting a roommate harder.

I do, yeah. Her name's Hailey, and she's a year old. 

I think a roommate is the perfect solution to your problem, actually. Should make everything a little easier. And you wont come home to an empty apartment all the time. Which is definitely a bonus.

Yeah that’s true…I just want out of the building really, so moving around inside it annoys me. Once I get the money though, I wont have to worry about it at all.

Have you thought about looking for a roommate? That might help you get out of the building a little sooner. I'd probably do the same, but my daughter makes that a little hard.

My landlord came over today to collect the rent check personally, which is really rare.   Turns out he was forcing asking me to move one floor up because they need to do renovations on my floor

…when I was considering moving this is not what I had in mind.

At least you're not being evicted. You just have to move up a flight of steps. And if you have an elevator in your building, it'll be easier than that.

Long days, even longer nights

My little girl's finally asleep, and I get to rest for a little while now. Thank goodness for the fact that I have tonight off, or I might lose my mind.
