It's alright if you're nervous for your first experiment. It can be a scary experience at first. I mean, you're only wearing a hospital gown, and it's still open at the front.

We tell you to put your legs in the stirrups and now you're mostly exposed. You're being so brave while we discuss what your anatomy looks like. Then we lube you up and start testing how stretchy you can be. A few fingers will be inserted at first to get you warmed up before we pull out the speculum and some toys of various sizes. We just want to see how far we can stretch you before it becomes uncomfortable.

Once we've determined a good size for you we'll hook up the machines and begin checking for the right speed and stroke length. It'll be slow and shallow at first but eventually it'll be harder and deeper. After this point we'll check your gag reflex. We'll snap on a fresh glove and get to fingering your mouth. You'll be so good for me while I shove my gloved fingers down your throat. Eventually that won't be enough so we'll pull out some nice toys for you to deepthroat.

Depending on your anatomy and preferences we may stretch multiple holes or pull out the milking machine. Either way we'll keep bringing you to climax after climax until you're spent. Then we'll go over your results, get you all cleaned up, and send you to be fed.

Teaching a room full of new researchers about pleasuring a subject. Getting them comfortable with touching the subject by guiding their hands. Making them confront the way a real body looks and feels against their gloves.

Spreading open a subject's legs and describing in detail what genitalia they have and what they prefer it to be called so researchers learn that different subjects like different terms. Then beginning to demonstrate a few ways that anatomy can be pleasured. They'll have to see many of these demonstrations as the way subjects like or need to be touched is different for each subject.

Having the researchers try out pleasuring the subject. Teaching them to have good technique and to be confident in it. Listening to the subject whimper as the different researchers take turns bringing them to orgasm.

Machines are great for consistency in subject stimulation. With electricity you can set levels and mark them down. As for our thrusting machines we can change settings like stroke length and speed. Vibrating toys also make for consistent simulators, some having set levels and others being able to be fine tuned.

It only takes a few experimental sessions for us to figure out what you like. We can even track how your preferences change over time. All of this is valuable experimental data that we use to further our research.

Puppy Doggy doesn't know how to feel about latex..

Puppy doggy has learnt that Nitrile gloves are soft and feel nice, am still slightly weary and nervous, But very nervous and hide more around latex. As it has more grip and sometimes pulls hair. It also has more of a smell to it. Puppies have sensitive nose and that smell brings fear for unknown reason. Also many more scary sounds too.

You find this out while digging into my notes and it catches your interest.

To test your reactions to latex we would start by allowing you to sniff it. It is true that latex has a very distinctive smell so we would want you to get comfortable with that first. We would give you a treat for sniffing the latex so that you begin to associate the smell with positive reinforcement.

Then we would gently begin running the latex gloves over your fur, making sure to start with a light touch to avoid any fur pulling. Once you feel comfortable being pet gently with the latex gloves we can pet a little harder. We would also see how you do with having your paws and face handled as those can be problem areas for some pups.

We would do several sessions of this where we slowly work up to getting you comfortable with the latex. The nitrile gloves would always be there as a backup if the latex begins to make you uncomfortable. We wouldn't want to subject you to new stimuli without a safety net.

I've been getting back on my testosterone injections! Prolly close to 18 months. Even though I had to take a break, I'm still fuzzy and growing >w<

My handler measured me up with a bigger doggy and said my puppy parts might be growing faster... But it's only an estimation :{ Pup would need a proper examination to be sure.

Congratulations on being on testosterone for 18 months. I hope pup has been seeing all the changes pup would like to be seeing. Since all pups parts grow at different rates it's not unlikely that you may be growing faster than other dogs.

As for how we would measure that it's fairly simple. First we would get pup nice and comfortable on the examination table before spreading puppy's legs and checking your soft length. Then we would stimulate pup with toys until your puppy parts are nice and hard so we could measure your hard length. This will later be compared to pup's records to see how fast pup is growing.

We would also want to see how much stimulation it takes for pup to climax to see if pup is getting any more sensitive as pup's parts grow. This would be achieved through stimulation with toys similarly to how we got pup hard for measurements. Handlers can manage this part if it makes pup feel safer.

I'm sure pup would be good for us and recieve a treat and pets as a reward. Pup's handler is certainly capable of excellent training.

If I were to do your injection I would have you take a light sedative to ease your fear response and get you prepared for post injection experimentation. Then I would put on some gloves and get our medical supplies together. I would draw up the medication and switch the needle for the injection needle before picking out the injection site. Ideally the opposite side of where you were injected last week. Then I would take an alcohol pad and trace it in circles starting at the site and moving outward to push any debris away from the site. Then I would pinch the skin and fat around the site before putting the needle in. I'd tell you how brave you're being as I push down the plunger till all the medicine is in. Then I would slowly remove the needle being sure not to damage the skin on the way out before putting a bandage over the site.

With your shot done it would be time to test. We would see if you've had any changes since last week in terms of your performance and sensitivity. Starting with some light stimulation and getting more intense over time until it became too much for you. After we got a few climaxes out of you we would get you all cleaned up. Then food would be served to make sure we replenish the nutrients you lost during experimentation.

Doing your own injections can be a scary thing. It took me about a year of letting someone else inject me to get comfortable doing my injection myself. If you don't have the luxury of letting someone else inject you I recommend adding something into your routine that calms you. I pick a song every week and listen to it while I do my injection so I don't get too in my head about it. I add it to a playlist after so I can track what I like over time.

Injecting hrt for someone can be as intimate or as clinical as you like which makes it a great pre-test activity. There's the build-up where they get comfortable and you draw up their medication. Then the sterilization process where you carefully trace the alcohol pad in a widening circle. Then the actual injection where you can either be clinically distant or you can focus on reassurance or telling them how good they are. After that you put a bandage on the site and it's time to do whatever tests you want.

Tests would come back to show everything normal, I can easily change back and forth. But not yet by choice. I'm still a young pup so Im still learning to control the shifting. But you see it come back with nothing concerning and I stay in my room / kennel as you away results.

But I eventually change back to my normal self after a day or so, my room has changed. Its now got a bigger human bed but I still make do mt little ritual of scratching and rearranging it to be more "nest shaped" and curl up cutely at night. You ask the staff to keep an eye on me as this is the first time I've transformed to your knowledge and want to keep an extra eye on me and they provide you with photos of me transformed back a couple days after I came in, to let you know I'd changed back. I'm acting normal they tell you and I look around for toys to chew but end up just chewing one of the pillows instead. Not shredding. Just stim chewing till I get bored then sniff around curiously, probably howling for attention as I get bored of the same 4 walls.

I then hear steps behind the door and tilt my head looking at it, ears up curiously

I step through the door and greet you making sure to let you sniff me to see if I've trailed in any exciting smells. I check over you for any injuries, ruffling your fur as I go. You are unharmed but definitely in need of enrichment. I ask one of my assistants to grab some toys for your enclosure to keep you from getting too bored.

At a glance your vitals seem good and you aren't displaying behavior that indicates we should be worried. Now that we know you can transform your diet has a little more variety to keep up with the physical demands of transformation. It seems like you will eventually learn to control it but for now you're just a pup.

I let you know you've been so good for me through this process and I pet your head. We'll want to keep an eye on the frequency and intensity of your transformations to ensure you aren't experiencing any injuries or growing pain. And as you grow better able to manage your transformations we will work in occasional lessons in language and concepts to check your cognitive functions.

The assistant arrives back with the toys and I spend a little time gauging your interest in each and allowing you to pick which ones you like. After all, every pup has different things they're looking for in their toys so it's important to figure out what they prefer. I sit and play with you a bit before I have to go.

We leave your preferred toys in the enclosure with you and I talk a bit with the assistant outside before fully leaving. It was a good visit and I have high hopes for your continued development.

Wyd in the situation you find me on the list of pups to see but this time I'm a little more anthropomorphic. (Imagine a cute fluffy werewolf / furry like character)

I'm wearing clothes. Im average height but I'm a little shorter than you.

I've been brought here in puppy form but as I've stayed overnight. I changed forms in my sleep. One of the workers found me and obviously gave me some clothes to wear. All my ID is on my collar. So you know who and which puppy I Am.... even thought I still look very similar to my dog form. You've never seen me like this. I've only ever come to you in dog form, so I'm really shy and nervous.

(I don't speak but I do respond still with puppy behaviour like body language and puppy dog noises)

Transformation can be a very overwhelming and vulnerable experience. It can have a few causes so we would have to check you for each of them. First we'd get your height, weight, blood pressure, and heart rate. This is to get a baseline for your vitals in this state as they likely differ from your standard form. Then we would check over your ears and eyes to make sure they haven't become irritated or damaged in the transformation. I would also run my gloved hands through your fur checking for any sort of injuries or pain just in case.

After that we'd want to get some blood work but it can be a bit scary having it done so differently from usual. If needed we could give you something to manage the anxiety whether that be a sedative or something to chew or hold. After the blood work I'd tell you how brave you were and how good you're being.

We would also do a cheek swab to check for genetic markers. I would pull out a sterile test kit and reach into your maw to swab your cheek. This would be an important moment of trust that you wouldn't clamp down on my arm. But I'm sure you would be good and let me get the swab no problem.

And you would be so good for me so of course you would recieve a treat. I would pat you on the shoulder and let you know it was nice to see you in my office even if you're different from before. In a few hours we would get back the blood work, and the cheek swab would come in 3 to 6 weeks. After analyzing both we would know the cause of your transformation and if you would be able to voluntarily switch back and forth or not.

I probably wag my little tail a little, still pretty low because I'm still nervous but I'd crouch and wag a little, happy but also showing my belly, to ask for rubs but also to show respect. Then i quickly roll over and scooch closer and show my belly again

I rub my gloved hand across your belly taking note of the sheen of your fur. It's looking good so I know the dining staff are feeding you well. We stay like that a while before you change position to your side. I ruffle the fur on your head and give you pats on the sides.

Eventually the assistants come to take you back to your kennel. Your checkup went well and you were very good.

How many trans patients do you need data on? Am sure all the puppyboys can sit so well for testing... But not all of them have been able to inject themselves over and over to reconstruct their bits and bark ;3

We take on as many subjects of all types as the Institute can manage. Large sample sizes make for better studies after all. So numbers are no problem for us! Especially when it comes to subjects who sit well for testing.

All subjects bodies are different and we are equipped to handle all sorts of bodies here. So it doesn't matter if you've had surgeries and injections or if you haven't. We can experiment on you either way. After all, if we have nobody who is in your situation that's a data point we're missing.

I would greet you and bring you into the checkup room. While you walk in I'd watch your gait to check for any limping or favoring. Once we're inside I would begin checking your joints for any soreness by gently moving your legs around.

If all that goes well I would check your ears and eyes to make sure there's no damage or irritation. Then your teeth and gums to make sure they're in good condition before moving on to listen to your heart. If it's beating a little fast so I'd make sure to tell you that you're being so good for me and to ruffle your fur with my glove.

After a few more tests I would either determine what brought you here or let you know you have a clean bill of health. Either way you would recieve a treat for good behavior.

Electricity doesn't necessarily need to hurt. It can also be a sensory tool. At low voltages it can stimulate without pain, and in some applications it can relieve pain. We can even measure at what point it becomes painful instead of stimulating. As a result even subjects who are pain averse can enjoy electricity.

🐾 I'm a bit of giggly, touchy, and a rambling type of high, however I can sober myself up pretty quickly. Would that effect any testing?

As long as we can confirm that you aren't too high to consent to testing you should be fine. Touchy, giggly, and rambling are all good signs. We would be worried if you began to exhibit symptoms of paranoia or distress.

The lowering of inhibitions which may cause you to ramble, giggle, or touch the researchers is exactly what we're looking for in a good test high. It helps you to go all out during testing without shame which helps us get better data. Nothing about testing should be shameful. The body is a fascinating structure that deserves to be studied in full.
