can i just say that i really appreciate how aira set aside her own feelings in order to help okarun because she knows how important momo is to him? i love that we see him being open with her about his feelings towards momo, and maybe there was a part of her that suspected it all along, but she steels it and realizes that there are bigger, more important issues than the guy she likes not liking her back.

i knew that she wasn't going to make a big deal of it. i know that the fandom likes to call her annoying and pushy, and maybe she can be, but to make her a bad sport about mokarun is a crazy character assassination that tatsu or aira herself can't afford. so instead, we get this very vulnerable and beautiful moment between them, and then we get to see them working together. we also see just how much okarun has changed aira and how she's grown from that self-inflicted image of Popular Girl into someone much more authentic and free.

i actually really do love their friendship, and i can't wait for her to be able to fully move past her feelings for okarun in order to see their peak best friendism, because it really is cool that, through her crush on okarun, she found a passion and interest in the supernatural that she never had before.
