I need a title??

BETHYL spoken here! Just letting you know that 99.9% of what is blogged here will concern Daryl Dixon and Beth Greene, their relationship and The Walking Dead. (With an occasional blog about cute fluffy animals, because I can’t resist cute fluffy animals.) I am primarily a writer, so many of my posts will be fiction. Which means I might not post original content as frequently as others. But that doesn’t mean I’m not here!

I knew people would be mad at Daryl over this. He probably thought he was going to die after that. It could’ve just as easily been someone else too.

Steven just said he told the producers he didn’t want that death to go to anyone else and I have to agree with him in the sense that it was such an iconic death. It was his death and Steven owned it as gnarly as it was. For a character as popular and well known as Glenn, it was fitting that he get such an epic death.

I’m not happy about them showing so much of the graphic content but I respect the death. I mourn it but I respect it. And I’m not happy about him dying but that’s kind of the point. Unfortunately, no one can live forever on this show. Unless you’re Carl. I’m emotionally moved. I feel what they feel and that’s how you know they’re doing their jobs.

Let’s try and not play the blame game lord please. We’re all emotional and we’ve all lost something tonight! I just wanna comfort everyone as it in turn comforts me.

Exactly what I’ve been saying… Daryl didn’t know Glenn would get it, he most likely thought he would. People need to chill the fuck out, he was defending his family!

And he does everything he can to protect his family. How was he supposed to know Negan would kill Glenn instead of him for reacting.

If he had known that Glenn would be killed for his actions he wouldn’t have done what he did. He was standing up for his family and would never have intentionally done anything to cause one of them harm.
