There is a corner of Senua's mind that he will never be able to reach, a secret, inward place she sometimes falls into. She's been locked in there since long before the sun sank below the horizon and the stars spread across the sky, though her body remained in this world, tucked close to Thórgestr's side.
Thórgestr has learned that it is a precious task, watching over her and shielding her until she finds her way back.
