"hes already a ronin at such a tender age" is not something one says about a grown man. Not to mention he looks visibly younger at the previous Battle Nexus, three years prior to canon

Hes very baby faced and even shorter than splinter! The only way he could change so much in such a short amount of time is if he was currently a teenager

So, no, 2003 Leosagi does not have this huge significant age gap 🙏 thank you
