Apollo managed to successfully sneak out of the bed to make sure the sun was up and going, but for some reason, he couldnāt go back to sleep. With a shrug, he began taking out all the ingredients to make waffles, bacon, and eggs, humming softly to a tune in his head. As he was finishing up and wiping down the counters, he heard a sound coming from behind him and he whipped around with the brightest grin.Ā āAh, the queen has awakened! Good morning!āĀ

Madelyn stirred awake to the warm light spilling in from the window in their bedroom. She had been pretty sound asleep after a bit of jet lag she was finally catching back up to her normal sleep schedule. Smelling something good wafting in from the kitchen she slipped off the bed wrapping her robe around herself as she made her way down to the kitchen. As she entered she saw her husband fast at work making breakfast.Ā āWell good morning. Someone was up early.ā Madelyn mused her voice still a little husky and her eyes a little droopy as she moved to rest her chin on his shoulder.Ā
