it occured to me today that my depression has gotten worse since the new year. between dialysis and trying to work and having no money, I've slid into a spiral of not having any motivation. this is not how I wanted to start 2025. I'm at a point where I don't care if I go to dialysis or work or even eat. I know dialysis is vital to my survival but I get overwhelmed just thinking about it and that makes me want to just stay home. this is what I have been dreading: being disabled, and on the verge of being homeless because I live in a country that cruelly punishes its poor and sick, like it's my fault I have a congenital disease that I have no control over. it's degrading and frustrating and I wish it wasn't like this. I feel very alone right now and I'm pretty sure it's not going to get any better.
