Not heeding the hesitation in the other’s voice, Mimsy just grinned at the thought of being correct and, better yet, acknowledged for it. Bringing her hand to her chin, she seriously considered the idea of grass falling from the sky. It would have to be dead, naturally, but then that begged the question, “Would grass have pre-existed before falling or not?”
“Both. It’s in a state of non existence and existence. It’s the Schrodinger’s cat of of the plant world,” Lauryn snapped excitedly, thinking she was finally getting the hang of this game. She brought her hand up to mirror the girl’s and pretended to think as well, though wasn’t sure what she was supposed to be thinking of, “The real question is, do any of us exist?”
Mimsy raised a curious eyebrow, “Whose cat?” She cocked her head and pondered the question of existence for a minute before reaching forward, preparing to pinch Lauryn, “Well, if you are a ghost, you won’t feel this!”
