Concept for a comic idea I never did anything with. His design is loosely inspired by Timber from Diddy Kong racing (in that he’s a tiger that wears a hat), but instead of racing karts he’s a socially stunted serial killer in a high-stakes, underground world that revolves around gambling and death matches.
