the last known living arrivals to the dragon triangle was the 3 scientists, who arrived in 1952, so shouldn’t the fashion of artime NOT be tshirts and shorts and tennis shoes since those were literally never popular at any time before the 50s
I have a theory that if the last conact with the outside world was over the sixty years ago, artimeans would have formed their own dialect. The dialect would be a sort of British 1950s slang but over time pronunciation of worlds would be shifted, new slang and terminology used because of the new environment. And fashion would completely be different from today, clothing would be made out of different matieral.since they are cut off from the world, major world events wouldn't effect their fashion.For example,the death of JFK rung in a new era of fashion, what we typically associate with the 60's looks. There would probably be no civil rights or femisnts movements (which had drastic effects on fashion and pop cultur)....basically what I'm trying to say is that if a group of people are cut off from the world and put in a new environment their culture would evolve completely diffent from ours.
black eyes and blue eye are both recessive traits yet fifer and thisbe have black eyes and lani has blue eyes even though both parents don’t have those traits, so my point is that in artime magic must’ve corrupted the genes to where recessive genes are dominant and vice versa
