how to get that vs body: the cheat sheet
hi angels!! i speak for myself and many other girls when i say that i dream of a body like victoria's secrets angels. how do they manage that? what does it feel like? how do i get it?
look no further. i have found the fool proof workout plan, tested by yours truly. i stuck to this workout for 3 weeks (tiring) and i feel that results were apparent in the first 2 days!!
some things i should mention:
did i alter my diet at all? no. my diet manly consists of white monster, oats with cinnamon and those fibre 90 calorie bars!
was it hard? yes. extremely.
do i feel more confident in myself? not only that, but i dont have to fake my confidence either!!
