Today, I resigned. Not only did I resign from my job, I resigned from nursing completely.
For 25 years, I have been a Registered Nurse. I’ve worked in oncology/hematology, rehab, urology, cardiology, pediatrics, med/surg, home health, and ortho. I’ve done everything but labor and delivery. As an adoptee, I guess, subconsciously, I knew better than to work with babies.
