OK ITS FINALLY DONE!! THE CROSSOVER OF ALL TIME YAYYYYYY i started this on the 5th 🤒 BUT NOW ITS HERE!!! obv after seeing the finale i was reminded so much of karma (my BELOVED) so yes. yes i did do that. yw my fellow webseries lovers 💖

also i tried really hard to make them look semi accurate to their actual designs and it was Not Easy but i think they turned out ok for the most part (drawing caine legit had me tweaking he’s so hard to capture. BAHH and don’t get me STARTED on zooble….)

EPISODE 9 IS OUT (small rant)

i was supposed to have a drawing finished but it looks like i’ll be posting it tmrw MB GUYS 😭 soon though.. trust… ANYWAYS i wanted to nitpick one thing abt the finale cuz i didn’t pick up on it the first time but it actually drove me insane upon rewatch

ok so post-the jax show (basically what i’d call the 10-40 min mark. aka most mid part sorry. BUT I LOVED RIBBIT SM) gangle is standing by the tent and watching the rest of everyone build it and starts crying. and then zooble follows her to her room. Now. i am to some extent projecting onto these characters, bbbbbut as a victim of abuse i personally feel this dialogue was written SO fucking poorly 🤒 like i’ve struggled with the feelings of mixed grief - while neither of the people who most seriously abused me have passed away, cutting them off was not easy. i mean one of them is my closest blood relative, so.. and there’s just so many feelings!! and i think gangle should’ve been given the opportunity to SAY SOMETHING about the way she was feeling instead of zooble just saying “complex feelings, huh? we’re still human 😊” like what is that supposed to mean??? in general the way they sweep jax’s abusive behavior under the rug after he dies pmo cuz i feel like it could’ve been so impactful to see representation of complex grief by a victimized character… ugh… anyways this is probably very incoherent, gangle just reminds me of me and as an abuse victim whose abusers never received any real retribution for their actions, or who grew or changed from them (i mean. at least mindset wise.) and i watched my family member be coddled and it sucked because i carry lifelong trauma they caused and nobody gives a fuck and that scene just hit a nerve

anyways the first ten minutes and ESPECIALLY the last twenty were some of the most incredible media i’ve seen. caines redemption arc was so peak AND I KNEW HE WASNT DEAD ALL ALONG!! I CALLED IT ONCE BEFORE WITH TILL ALNST AND I WAS RIGHT AGAIN RAHHH caine also reminds me of me as a trauma survivor but that’s for another fucking day cuz it makes me seem a bit more unhinged (if that’s possible) love you all art tomorrow mwah
