((Chiyuri Yoshika, one of the three main characters of Start! (which I have now decided to focus most heavily on), is like a fusion of Haruhi Suzumiya, Rikka Takenashi, Sanae Dekkokomori, and Etna.

Her catchphrase is a very excited, "Burn the infidels!"

Kensuke (our actual main character) spends most of his time trying to convince Chiyuri not to do just that. Because she does have power over fire. A lot of other things, too, but she really likes fire. And she's convinced that most of the students at Blood Academy are, well, infidels. Mainly because they're human.))
