so my Billy is a teenager who works for a radio station in Fawcett (WHIZ Radio)- he's also the number one source for superhero knowledge in the city

people know he's connected to Captain Marvel but just assume that he's like the Cap's PR guy or something so they'll give Billy messages to pass onto the Cap. Or they know he's the Cap. They don't really care, honestly.

Billy is a bit loud cause he's a kid and he will swear sometimes lmao

Black Adam and Captain Marvel dynamics are so funny to me bc they never stay as serious enemies but they always fight. Like I have to imagine that they are just fighting out of habit at this point, and they know this so they end up fighting for some stupid excuse to beat each other up. (like brothers). Who said that?

Billy not knowing about taxes is funny, but I think I'll be funnier if he did. Like. He just starts talking about it and how much he hated burocracy and how horrible landlords are and how frustrating it is to pay everything because rules an regulations are fucking nonsensical and how happy he is he doesn't have to do it anymore and leaves everybody more confused that if he had just faked he did taxes or didn't knew shit about them.
