Day 10:
While studying I came up with a genius spin on regular flashcards.
These flashcards have two modes:
TEST MODE: normal flashcards with a question and answer or concept and description format. Good for forcing myself to describe material in my own words. Blah blah blah
Problem: reviewing 100 randomly shuffled flashcards from different lectures is a really messy and unstructured way to try to remember the material.
Solution:
REVIEW MODE: on the description side I added 1) the lecture number 2) an index to order the cards for each lecture 3) the question or concept (other side) as a title. Now I can lay out all the cards from one lecture in order and I have an organized summary of the material as well as flashcards!
Study Goal: 67/250 hours
Day 8:
Studying with a view

Day 6:
Nothing more satisfying than a completed checklist.
Study Goal: 48/250 hours
Day 5:
No picture today. I worked on a tough homework with a friend for 10 hours. So tired u_u.
Study Goal: 40/250 hours
Day 4: The beginning of 9 hours of studying Study Goal: 30/250
Day 3:
After 40 hours of hard work on my networking project I finally passed all the tests! That 100% felt like Christmas morning :)
I started an engineering problem set (see picture). That’s my work for part (a) and (b) of the first question…
Study Goal: 21/250 hours
Saturday morning studying ~ Study goal: 13/250 hours
Day 1 - 2015/10/2 I calculated how long it will take me to finish my assignments and study for midterms over the next 25 days. The result: 250 hours. Everyday I will give an update on my progress. Today I only studied for 6 hours so I better up my game tomorrow :). Wish me luck! Progress: 6/250
Homework in the jungle...okay maybe just the life sciences building.

Just looking at my pretty journals that I’ve been using currently :) I know I just started using everything without finishing one first :p but notebooks are my passion and my obsession for a long time.
It's a new semester :) Adding study sessions to my calendar.
The view from my bedroom window today. Even when the weather is dismal Cambridge is beautiful. Really want to sit on that bench but it’s freezing outside ~

First day of semester two and straight into some human biology study! Yesterday I bought a new desk and chair, I love them.
