A beautiful coastal home perfect for a small family. It is spacious, both inside and out. This home has lots of windows to bring in the natural light. The first floor has plenty of room for entertaining friends and family. The outdoor area has plenty of space for an outdoor party. This home has a ton of backyard areas to relax, swim, read, or just enjoy the fresh air. It also has a large pool house with a dinette, living area, a half bath, and a dining room both inside the pool house and out. It is the perfect coastal house for families who love to entertain and enjoy the beach setting.

Sorry I've been a little MIA. My oldest daughter has had some medical issues pop up and we've been driving two hours away to the best children's hospital in our area. We may have figured out the issue so I was able to hop on the computer and make another build and do a few sign and pillow recolors for Valentine's Day. I hope you like it. Have a blessed day!

I'm rebranding my social medias. Although I loved the previous name of my Tumblr, ModernFarmhouseSimmer, honestly it was just too long. After thinking long and hard to come up with a new "brand" I finally landed on Magnolia Builds.

I've also made a Simstagram account. The link can be found here. I will probably still use Tumblr to release my recolors and post a few pictures of my builds but most of the pictures will probably be posted on Instagram.

My last fall build before I start spooky season builds. I thought I’d do something different with the exterior of this one and use some wood siding accents. To be honest I’m not sure how much I like it. Let me know what y’all think.

Hey y'all! I'm back with my first recolor since my hard drive went out last year. I know I'm a little late in fall and Halloween is just around the corner but since I love fall I knew I had to make some fall builds and do some fall recolors. So without further ado, here is my first recolor of 2023. I really hope y'all enjoy it. If you use it please tag me. I'd love to see it in your builds.

I worked on some recolors last week and decided I wanted to use them in a build before I made them public just to make sure I loved them as much as I thought I would and I do! These are recolors so I did not make the mesh for these items.

I’ve been wanting to do this build FOREVER and since round walls came out I knew I wanted to make a silo style gazebo and I did it!

This home is a modern farmhouse with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an office, two living areas, a large front and back porch, and a silo style gazebo. It is on the gallery (must have cc clicked.) Let me know what y’all think of it!
