Since Elisa passed away in February 2013, I’ve received a number of anon messages asking about the details of her life.

Elisa and I were by no means close friends, but we shared a university class and were part of the same close-knit Tumblr community.

It is quite upsetting to log on to Tumblr after some time and find yet another message (however well-intentioned), and be involuntarily reminded of the painful event after all these years has passed.

Please respect the privacy of those who knew Elisa, and more importantly, respect her memory. Thank you.
