Eagle Harbor Sunset, Bainbridge Island, Washington
Just a dog enjoying his day.
Spring sailing.
Eagle Harbor sunset.

Sunrise at Eagle Harbor Marina
I interrupted a seagull in the process of trying to break this guy open. I think he was happy to see me, waving all the spikes around.
This really pisses me off.
I’ve come across a couple of really popular tumblrs lately that post excellent photography, but it’s obviously not their own pictures, and there is no attribution to the original photographer. Is it that hard to give credit? Please don’t reblog from these guys!

Washington State ferry coming back from Bainbridge Island.
Seagulls are silly.
Sunset from this lovely bay we drove by on Orcas Island. I didn't really get any other noteworthy pictures on the rest of the journey up here, and of course it got dark right after this.
And the Seattle skyline in the distance. The early morning colors were quite different than I usually see.
I don’t have a good zoom lens at the moment (been lusting after a 24-105mm for a while now), so this was the best I could get of Mt. Rainer with the 40mm pancake lens I always carry.Â
View back into Eagle Harbor, with the Olympics providing a lovely backdrop.
Looking towards Mt. Rainer as we exit Eagle Harbor. The sky this morning was amazing!
Early morning on the Bainbridge -> Seattle Ferry. This was the beginning of a long, exhausting journey up to Orcas Island in the San Juans. More pictures to come!
