Braised Duck Lemongrass Chili with Ginger (Vit Xao Xa Ot Gung) Ingredients: 1 whole duck, chopped into bite pieces 1/4 cup julienned ginger root 
3 Tbsps lemongrass
2 Tbsps vegetable oil 
4 Tbsps fish sauce 
2 Tbsps sugar 2 tsps chili flake 2 tsps black pepper 2 Tbsps sweet soy sauce (ABC Kecap Manis) 3 Tbsps minced garlic 1 cup hot water Cook time: 45 minutes to an hour
