It’s better to express your emotions rather than suppressed them because sometimes it feels heavy. It’s okay to feel sad & to cry because it’s part of healing and you’ll feel you’ve released everything and will feel lighter afterward.

If someone asks how would I describe myself from my past experiences. I wouldn’t say weak, victim or broken but I would tell my old self that she’s resilient, kind, compassionate, and empathetic— that’s how I see myself and these things are not by words but rather by actions.
Immersing yourself in nature is scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
Song · 1991 · Duration 7:24
This song was released when I was born in the year 1991. Ozzy osbourne is a legendary heavy metal singer. Sadly, he passed away due to coronary artery disease.
I got these gifts from my cousins and actually, I didn’t expect anything but I’m thankful, the thought really counts.
I’m forever a Roxy girl ❤️
I’ve just finished getting a body massage and decided to take a photo. Ive never taken a photo of myself before because i was not confident enough, but now my perspective has changed towards body shaming- that you should embrace yourself no matter what your body shape is.
I’ve struggled to lose weight for several years because I was overweight but now I’m on my way to my goal in being fit and healthy, not only physically but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually despite the challenges in life.
I’ve literally changed my drinking and eating habits. I’ve stopped drinking coffee because it has jittery effects like anxiety and nervousness. Now, I’ve been drinking tea every morning because it has good benefits which reduces the cortisol, the stress hormone and increases my dopamine and serotonin, the happy hormones.
My favorite
Life lately ❤️
I don't read the Bible every day, but I do make time to read during my spare time. Every time I read the verse of the day, I thoroughly read the devotional and it's something that made me reflect on something. No matter how much we plan for everything we're still not in control of everything because there's God who's more sovereign.
My favorite Japanese snacks ❤️
I was curious about this flavor. It's the No. 1 best seller in Japan so I wanted to try it. I bought this from an online store. I never thought I would like this, but it's now my favorite flavor. It reminds me of eating Japanese curry at Cocoichi in Japan. Its savory, mild and slightly sweet.
Luckily, I found a Japanese store online and was able to buy some Japanese snacks.
“When life hits hard”
When life hits hard, you don't come out the same.
You change- not because you wanted to, but because you had to. You grow, you learn, and you become wiser.
You start to understand the importance of boundaries. You choose your circle more carefully, valuing quality over quantity. You begin to crave peace- not noise, not drama, not attention- just calm.
You stop oversharing, not because you've become distant, but because you've learned that not everyone deserves access to your heart. You've learned to protect your energy, your peace and your growth.
It's not that you've changed for the worse. You've simply evolved- quietly, gracefully and on your own terms.
“ Jesus sacrificed himself to save mankind. Without him, I wouldn't be able to experience life. Despite all that we do, he still forgives. His love and mercy never fail. “
