🐟 welcome to my account! i’m a first year uni student focused on weight loss while struggling with mental health
🪼 a bit about myself: i grew up overweight and out of shape, and over the past couple years i’ve been taking back control. i lost about 30lbs by unhealthy means, and i’ve recently gained quite a bit of weight back, much to my dismay. in order to stop binge eating and lose weight properly i’m going to try to continue my wl journey in a healthier way (though i struggle with consistent exercise)
