With my light of American god

Elevated by the implausible flair

In the hours preceding the morn

Of this body on this turning Wheel

And the looks acquired for a fee

Fill the very air I pass through

But I elude their transient whispers

In my descent to the teal landscape

And I walk untouched among the breath
