Gosh Tumblr, I’m so sorry you go unnoticed. It’s not that I’m not on Tumblr, I definitely am too addicted to the internet to not me on it, I’m just really bad at posting here. I’m much more frequent on my instagram @majelleabell. But nonetheless, I figured I’d let you all see the newest video I’ve made!

I know I don’t post a lot, but this is something that terrifies me!

You’re sad you’re favourite character died, I get that, Lexa was a complex individual that was so awesomely portrayed by Alycia Debnam Carey. She wasn’t just there to be Clarke’s love interest, she was there to rule and be badass and just be one hundred shades of a person as they are often not portrayed on TV. She showed the hardness both sides go through in war and make you see the Grounders POV really well. 

But that’s just the thing, she’s a wonderful character- and so are the rest of the cast of the 100! Murphy and his bitterness, Clarke with her guilt, Jasper with his instability. 

If you grew to love Lexa, why should you put all of these fantastic writers out of work (because that’s what boycotting would do, ya know, have real humans lose their real jobs)? They can make you love again. 

Who’s to say they won’t make you love a new character again!? Give them the chance too. 

All this being said, if you’re partaking in the boycott because of the Clexa and Bellarke fight and feel as though you’ve lost, you’re wrong and I shouldn’t even have to write why.

Don’t cancel your favourite show because you don’t want to lose your favourite character. That’s the main point of the 100, main character’s die (my love, Finn for instance!) and even when it’s not the way they should have gone (um, is it ever?????) you can’t get mad at the writers for this. It portrays death so well. 

The reason you’re even reacting to this is because these writers brought these emotions of passion to you! So don’t ruin this for the rest of us. Keep watching the 100 for the kickass storyline.
