Well, to put it simply:

Baldi has not been seen around the school. He is still distraught and isolating from everyone in an empty classroom.

Principal is unaware yet starting to catch on to Baldi strangely disappearing for longer than he usually does but tries not to worry and is looking after the school.

Mrs Pomp is doing Mrs Pomp things, she couldn't really care about anything else.

Playtime is worried about Baldi.

First prize has also noticed Baldi is gone for a long time, but doesn't know where to find him or start looking.

Bully is doing Bully things.

Johnny is still running his store, but curious as to why no one is buying tapes as often as usual.

Arts and Crafters is worried about Baldi, but he is worried about everything every day every moment so it doesn't make a difference.

Sweep is doing gay things like the gay janitor he is with his stupid idiot boyfriend null but is also worried about Baldi and is trying to find him whenever he is cleaning on his shifts (with no luck).

Null is aware of the state of Baldi, as he's seen Baldi now. He is nervous but plays it off.

Nulls brother is ordering hentai anime figures off of ebay with the schools money used to afford the electric bill /j
