Healthier, Happier, Hungrier

Hi, my name is Jennifer and I'm 19 years old and I'm Canadian. I've been struggling with finding happiness with my own self and this is my blog to allow not only myself, but others to join me and my journey to being healthier and happy. I've been wheat free since June 2014. I do cardio, strength training and weight training. I am 220 pounds and so far I've lost 15.5 inches overall (although I stayed the same weight) xo
