Ganap ngayong 3rd yr, 1st sem.

Natuto ako kung paano maging confident kahit na ang hirap iplease nung AD Prof ko. Natuto ako pano maniwala sa sarili ko na enough na yung gawa ko. Naalala ko pa, sinabi niya sakin na masyadong matura ung approach ko sa pagdedesign. Ohwell.

PLN. Ewan minalas talaga, wala akong natutunan sakaniya eh.

HAY ES.... eto tlga worst sa lahat mamshie HAHAHAHAHAH. Swerte ko na lang di ako nakatres sakanya mamsh. Pero sobrang naawa ako sa mga nakatres =(

The best pa rin tlga sa lahat ung learning ko for this sem na ang simple lang pala talaga ng pangarap ko sa buhay. There’s no need to complicate shit. In the end lumilipas din naman ang lahat.

Pia: so what’s your dream in life?

Me: I just want a simple family. Hindi sobrang yaman, hindi rin mahirap, like you know sobrang simple lang, hindi lalaki ung mga anak ko na materialistic. Basta, I just want a simple and happy family.

So today I’ve realized...

Failures wouldnt hinder me in achieving a simple family.

Line of 8 wouldnt hinder me in achieving a simple family.

Hindi porket may mga taong mas magagaling sakin, it would hinder me.

Sa totoo lang, hindi ko naman gustong maging famous na architect, I just want to earn right, mapag aral ung mga anak ko sa magagandang schools, maibigay lahat ng pangangailangan nila, and have a husband na sobrang responsible and all. I cried when I realized all of this, because for the past months, I have been depressed about my plates (yes depressed in a sense na halos gusto ko ng mawala na kang sa mundo). But then Ive realized, all of my struggles vs my simple dream, hindi pala dapat ako mastress sa mga maliliit na bagay.

Sobrang thankful talaga ako na tinanong yun sakin ni Pia because it made me think deeper. Walang masama maging ordinary, walang masamang bumagsak sa prelims, walang masama kung hindi ka satisfied sa plates mo right now, walang masama kung andaming magagaling kaysa sayo. What matters most is, YOU and Your long term goals in life. So if you want a simple family in the future, then savor your life and learn so much from it para mas maging better person ka, and a better parent to your children.

So to me, I admire you for having a simple dreams, and I love you. You can do it, no matter what happens!

First Love

Love? Love is such a strong word.

After 7 years na inakala kong siya ung first Love ko. I suddenly found out na it wasn’t love. It was just a mere idea of him, being so intelligent, at yun yung hindi ko nalet go for 4 years.

But it really feels good na I was able to talk to him na sobrang open. Kung bakit ko ba siya nagustuhan, at nagkaron din sa wakas ng closure na talagang friends lang kami para sakanya. Ang cute nga eh, kasi ayaw na daw sana nya lumipat noon because of mags (hahahaha selos pa ko nun pero now shet i ship them)

In a span of 7 years sobrang daming nagbago, sobrang daming improvements when it comes to our personalities. Kumbaga parang, Two grown ups.

So let me conclude, ano nga ba talaga ang ibig sabihin ng first Love...

First love means having a deep connection with someone.

First love means having to remember all the little things kung paano ka nainlove sakanya.

First love means something more than sa inakala ko lang.

Sobrang nakakatuwa talaga na after all these years, I finally realized na si Adrian pala talaga ang first love ko. So to Adrian, You are my first and definitely my last Love ;)

Something Like This

I have always wanted to write a love poem about how your eyes can steal the stars or you know, something like that.

Something like how we are snows falling to your bed, melting through the night only to be seeped by your sheets.

Something like how your kisses are sparks exploding aimlessly to my dusky mouth, granting me a newborn morning.

Something like how we are clouds floating above the city, embracing the pink skies with the flushness of our smiles.

I have always wanted to write a love poem about how we are vivid hues gleaming through the wonders of the seasons.

Something like how we are both here, watching the autumn leaves confetti instead of disastrously falling apart.
