You see when a fairy requests assistance and the shinigami is quite inclined to ideas that involve minor inconveniences to the witch, one might find themselves staring incredulously as Komachi literally tears up the road on her boat crashing through while clutching a variety of balloons in her hands and prompt ties it to the side of the house, winks at the witch, and goes on her merry way.

One loud surprised gasp and exasperated sigh later. The witch slumped down on her roof, shaking her head in disbelief.
