Dear body,

All of my cooking efforts are paying off now that I have meals prepped for work, and I am so thankful. After a fantastic personal training session this morning with my trainer who I adore and appreciate, I was very grateful to have my gluten-free granola snacks, smoothie, and my Chipotle bowl for later today when I am craving a bigger meal. One of the downsides of my job is that I cannot really snack on fruits and veggies since my cubicle is next to everyone and my job is primarily on the phone, but I am making the most of my limitations.

Going to my personal training sessions is such a mood booster for me, and I love getting those tough workouts done in the morning to start my day off right. It felt good to see how my strength is growing.
