a tip for replying to an archived blog

archiving a roleplay blog has been a regular occurrence lately and i know that i myself was quite confused about how to reply to a thread with that blog when they won’t be able to receive notifications about my reply. i’ve taken an open from my own archived blog and for those of you confused about replying, this is how you do it.

   a less than regal snort escaped the victor as she    tried, albeit not particularly hard, to hide the amused    smirk that graced her lips. she shrugged, with a quirk    of her brow and a glance around them. it had become    a habit since the games but, and strangely enough,    regina had felt far safer in the arena than she did out    here.

                                "you never know with him...                             maybe he'll find you interesting."

Her resolve crumbled the moment Regina spoke of trust, along with a giggle from the infant in her sister’s arms. Denying the brunette had always been something she struggled with— it was no  easier with little Henry in her arms. Caving happened all at once, settling beside the younger woman and offering up her arms. It had to happen at some point, she couldn’t avoid holding her nephew for all of his young life. If she stayed very still and cautious, everything would go well. 

                   ❝Hello little one.❞

The greeting came in a sweet tone as she slid her arm around Henry, only interrupting his giggles as he realize he’d changed hands. Zelena was quick to rectify the situation by dangling her fingers above the infant to inspire more childish noises. Instead, he grasped one finger and reached for the locks around her ears. An amused chuckle left her lips.

❝If you want hair, you’ve come to the right place. I can spare you some.

                           I can see why your mother finds you so entertaining.❞

She knew she would win. Of course she knew, she always did. It's why she could always count on her sister being in her corner, taking her side, fighting not just for her but with her and it's for that reason and that reason alone that Regina trusted her son with Zelena. She had barely trusted herself with him but her sister was different.

Smiling as she hands Henry over, lower lip held between her teeth because of course she was going to worry, how couldn't she? But the sight they made, her sister and her son, it really was quite beautiful. 'Do I look that happy with him?' A fleeting thought that she shook from her head upon it's appearance because she already knew the answer. She's just glad her sister is a lot more like her than their mother. Or, she's a lot more like Zelena than Cora.

"And to think you worried for nothing... he likes you."
