i saw this post about how you should write 10 things for when you get skinner as motivation and i’ve just been adding to it everyday:
- clothes fit better
- can look at myself in the mirror
- model like figure
- scale dropping
- will look good in photos, even off guard ones
- face will be slim
- clothes sizes become smaller
- more control
- won’t compare myself as much
- prominent collarbones
- someone being able to pick me up with no effort
- being the last to finish eating
- pretty and skinny privilege
- look good in anything
- will float in the water better
- can lift my shirt in vb and feel comfortable
- pool parties aren’t a fear
- no rolls when i sit
- arm won’t look fat in photos
- don’t have to lie about my weight
- treated better and friends will respect me more
- maybe they would like you if you were skinnier

Fasting is actually making me realize how hunger is actually a mental thing. We eat when we’re bored, when we need comfort, when we feel happy… rarely do ppl eat when they’re actually hungry.
