The trinket’s plummeting arrival brought some genuine startling, the man jumping back from where it was thrown in fear that it might have been something other than harmless. After a few glances between it and the trees, he quickly snatched it off the ground and stuffed it in his pocket. Eyes darted around apprehensively as he backed away, blaster still in hand. “ Let this be… a lesson learned–to not mess with this maroon marauder! It will be your hide next time! ” He shouted.

So the man had an ego..she found that quite amusing and yet at the same time, she had the urge to drop right over him to give him something real to gloat about. Chuckling to herself she dropped from the bough she had chosen as her perch with the intent of at the very least catching him off guard and giving him a good startling, any shots he fired at her her armor and helmet could take; beskar was truly a godsend. Her main goal was, knocking him to the ground under her own weight, if that failed then he either began to shoot at her and she’d need to flee for cover or they’d both stand aiming at each other with their weapons at contact range.

☛ what is your muse’s biggest regret?

HEADCANON FREE-FOR-ALL 

Sometimes, when she is alone, her biggest regret is being unable to socialize or being able to enjoy night time in planets like Coruscant or Cantonica (if in the Silhouette verse). In greater part, Bes’laar is actually uncomfortable in huge crowds, because when she was growing up her parents spent a great deal of time on remote planets and so she didn’t get to make friends nor did she get to hang out in big crowds. Maybe once or twice her parents would enter a cantina looking for contacts to get a job done but Bes’laar rarely went with them, mostly for her protection. This lack of socialization in the early childhood years led her to become quite antisocial and she has no idea how to approach people unless it’s for business purposes. This is also why she rarely engages in banter with people and why she can come off as acid when approached for the first time. She just doesn’t know how to act or what to do when approached for something that isn’t work related, so approaching people out of sheer interest happens rarely and it’s quite difficult for her. She has tried to change this but her efforts rarely have a positive outcome if they have one at all, so she has all but given up on trying to pick up this skill.

💧 Wipe away my muse’s tears

She hadn’t noticed the escaped tear until Fett whipped it off her cheek. She’d told herself a hundred times before then that crying was pointless. It didn’t solve problems, didn’t fix mistakes and certainly didn’t bring back the dead. So she had stopped crying for a long time, barely did it when she was on her own. “Ni ceta,” she apologized, pulling back from him and wiping the tears that followed the first ones. “I didn’t mean for this to happen. I don’t know why I even started crying.”

Of course she did though. It was the anniversary of her family’s death. Usually she stayed in her ship where she was calm and could grieve them in silence but today she’d been dragged out of that by her fellow bounty hunter. But he didn’t need to know that, she didn’t want pity and she didn’t want to ruin the good time they were having with their drinks, she just wanted to stop the tears.
