Having a go at making an Ecclefechan Tart for a belated Burns Night dinner this evening. I based this on Jamie Oliver’s recipe, with a Mary Berry pastry recipe, and a couple of additions to the filling! I mean, why follow a well known, trusted and respected chef’s recipe when you can do it 🐼 style?! 🙄🤦🏼♀️🤣 (I soaked the fruit yesterday evening.)
