Cabbage Salad
Chop equal portions: cucumber, avocado and hard boiled egg and put in salad bowl. Finely chop cabbage, about 2-3 times the volume of existing ingredients and add to bowl. Add olive oil and freshly squeezed lime juice. If you don’t have lime use vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and what you prefer. If you’re feeling adventurous throw in some freshly chopped chili pepper. Garnish with finely chopped carrot, parsley and green onion. Mix and enjoy!
