Hi! Ever since I posted that Green Smoothie Jug pic, a lot of people have asked where to get it, but unless you’re living in Japan I don’t think you can get it :// So I decided to give some of you a chance to win one yayyy

and well, since I’m in Japan it escalated into giving away some other cool stuff I’ve found here (and some other things that I know I won’t be using and could be useful to some of you)

so here’s the stuff:

My Green Smoothie Jug. BPA free, fits more than 1 lt. I use this every single day for my morning smoothies and it’s the best :))

Zojirushi 16oz Thermos. The one pictured is pink, but I also have it in black, winner chooses color. The lock system on this is genius, it never ever spills and it keeps the temperature for a long time. (and the logo is a tiny elephant how cute)

Graphic T-shirts. The design on these (the tags shown on the second pic) are done by Tokyo-based illustrator team Harapekomegane. Of course I chose to give away those with fruit designs. Sizes from SS to L. I’ll try to get your size :)

Food!!! Everything is vegan and made in Japan, (except for the popples). There’s mixed veggie chips, caramelized peanuts, sesame cookie, powdered green tea and popples. I might add more food if I find other vegan stuff I can ship, can’t really send you strawberries can I?

Benefits I'm seeing in myself at 2 months on the RawTill4 Diet

Hello 👋 My first blog! I'm centering this blog about my journey on Rawtill4. FREELEE THE BANANA GIRL inspired me to give my family's lifestyle a massive overhual. My family consists of Myself, 26, Fiancee - Lee, 29, and Miss Toddler, Lila almost 2. Coming up on 2 months on this lifestyle and I can see benefits at every turn. - My normal thin nails are stronger and not breaking off the second they have ANY length to them. - My hair is growing!!! sounds pretty standard I know... but for me this is huge! I could go 3 months in between getting my roots done now I'm at week 5 and I desperately need a visit to my hairdresser. - Weight loss. - ENERGY, strength, stamina. I could barely make 1km at a jog on my meat eating diet, now I breeze through a 5km! - Softer skin, I've noticed I don't always have to wear my facial or body moisturiser after I get out of the shower. If I didn't in the past my skin would feel tight and itchy! - Full Belly. I'm putting this in my benefits list as I am coming from a calorie constricted "diet" where I would avoid carbs and really meals all together, only eating dinner and living off coffee and sweets throughout the day. It feels fantastic to eat all of my favourite, as much as I desire. Is this lifestyle really as good as "they" say? YES a thousand times over.

My lunch today consisted of some delicious Mango and Apple juice I made and some side snack of a couple of persimmons! oh heaven! For the apple and mango juice: 5-10 Apples 5-10 Mangoes Coconut water I just peel the apples, chuck in the mango flesh and add coconut water as needed/desired. I dont (yet) have a fancy commercial blender so I need the coconut water to help get things moving but it also adds to the tastiness! My little lady also goes crazy for this stuff <3
