Happy New Year!

Hi guys! It’s been a looooonnggg time since I made an update on here.

First thing first, I have not been drawing much of akeshuake contents since the last update, and I don’t think I will anymore. The reason is simple: I burnt out from drawing akeshuake. This will also mean that I will drop my childhood au comic. I am very sorry to anyone who had waited (which I doubt at this point.. after like 3 years or so) but I have come to the point where I do not want to look at it, which doesn’t make any fun for me to work on them anymore. Again, I am very sorry to anyone who has waited for me to finish this project.

With that, I do recommend people who read this to unfollow me on both twitter and tumblr who are looking for any akeshuake contents because I will not make any more of them.

I will be going back to working on my ocs and my original stories.

Which leads me to talk about what I am planning for 2021! It’s very simple: Stay healthy and safe :’). Really, there’s no point in risking your life for a moment of the present when there are still so many things you can do in the future. Drawing would be like my side quest; It would be great to make some progress with my original stuff, but I wouldn’t be too focused on it.

With that, I’ll be posting my ocs back up again here whenever I finish some pieces, which will still be done rarely since I would like to spend time with my (LDR) partner as much as possible.

Some personal rambles:

I had a lot of changes and challenges in terms of real life (work) that I don’t feel I have accomplished a lot in terms of art/comic for 2019. I still have some anxieties and worries about how I am doing in terms of working toward my wishes/dreams, but I feel like 2019 was another year where I felt truly lucky to make a decision to have a stable job to do what I want to do. And to do that, I had to adapt and make changes in myself for the job; I felt 2019 was a year to make flooring for me to have space to do what I want to do (make stories into comic pages and self publish them).

SO. I hope to continue to make that flooring as needed and finish that childhood au comic as my first step to self publishing my work in the year 2020.

I apologize for the long wait and I really appreciate and thankful for any patience from anyone who’s interested in my stuff!! See you guys in my future work!

Ok first, your art style is amazing! I can just feel all the emotions in them! As well as the hard work! And second (not sure if you’re taking prompts), has the situation of Akira being taller than Akechi ever crossed your mind? Or simply a height swap? (I’m a fan of the ship as well) Anyway, thanks for listening to my little appreciation rant! 🤟

I actually did not think too much into the idea of Akira being taller/Akechi being shorter than Akira, tbh... I tried to think into those two situations but they didn’t really motivate to draw them out so, sorry! Plus, I stopped taking in prompts/requests because I practically don’t have the time and the energy to draw something for myself lately :’).

I posted this on my twitter yesterday but I thought I should give you guys a headsup:

I’m finally making more progress on my childhood AU akeshuake comic and this is a video showing you my entire rough draft pages(names). 182 PAGES!!!!!

OBVIOUSLY that’s a lot of pages and I really, sincerely don’t know when I’ll finish this. I still have some plans I want to do and those plans will push out the imaginary date I would like this to be finished by.

This is a giant project and I work fulltime so please understand that this will take a long time to finish. With that though, I do want to post some pages on weekly basis since I made some people wait long enough. When that’ll happen is something I still have to figure out since I also need to figure out how to distribute the workload by daily basis.

I also want to mention that there will be less akeshuake contents from me while working on this. The reason is simple: I’m essentially gonna be drawing Akechi and Pego every single day; I’m gonna be fed up with drawing them at some point.
