Grünstreifen verzieren!
After travelling with fresh sourdough and yeast for three months, I gave them to Gilberto, who is a professional chef. Good by Costa Rica, thanks for beeing so lovely, thanks for treating me so well.
Mariana y José de Passiflory, Heredia, Costa Rica.
Last day, last bread.
My last dumplings. Dumplings for Gilberto. I always wanted to learn from my grandma. But a kept eating her dumplings without being involved in the process. Until I made fried breads for the first time which remembered me of her pastries. Savory dumplings became my main bread replacement in Costa Rica.
Listen to this!
There are little wonders in the south of Jacó.
Love and peace!
Dominical, Costa Rica
Where is home?
I met three people in Dominical, who I already knew. Travis, who I met in 2012. He came to Costa Rica to teach Acroyoga. And so he met Lesley, the woman I’ve been working with at the permaculture farm Finca Morpho at Peninsula de Osa. She is training Acroyoga in Canada. Also there was Chris, who I met at Danielle’s wedding, visited in beautiful Tinamastes in January. He is into Acroyoga, too. We all jammed at the beach, enjoying the Pacific sunset, the rising of the moon.
But the beautiful visit of Dominical began earlier with my host Chori, who owns the Pizzeria La Casita with Matu. I spend three nights in his tent on the beach, paddled river Barú with his kajak, cooked in his kitchen and baked sourdow bread in the pizza oven. The guys working there, Cristopher and Chino were the best company for this baking session.
So many positive and supporting people. No fighting to win someone over. Just be yourself.
The blue one in the middle was home for some nights. The Pacific ocean behind me.

Greens
Today I planted 24 pineapple plants and several ginger roots. As well as wild maracuja cuttings that have rooted since my last hike to Wizard beach where I found them.
