Tents don’t stop the rain 🌧 💔💔

They don’t stop the cold. 🥹🥹🥹

And they definitely don’t stop the pain.

*Nour*, a 15-year-old girl with a serious heart condition, lies shivering inside a soaked tent. 🥶🥶😷

Her feet are wet. Her body is cold.

There’s no warmth. No medicine. No safe place to rest.

**The wind howls. The rain falls through the roof.

And her heartbeat grows weaker.**

Nour doesn’t dream of much — just a warm home and a chance to get better.

But war stole her house, her health, and her childhood.

In a tent surrounded by mud, a girl is silently suffering... and the world moves on.
