fyi Miss Universe Nepal this year is plus-size (Jane Dipika Garrett). from her wiki:

Good to see that curvy woman can join and win the big beauty contests. It feels like a start, that people normalize and appreciate curvy and bigger bodies. Because they are people, like everyone!

I was not sure if i wanted to do this.

Usualy im not a big fan of these things.

But i would like my page to be also about body positivity so i thought i should name some positivity things about myself.

I want to make people happy and feel good. I do it im my job as a chef bust also online with pictures and stories. Be there for other people. Listen to their stories, try give them advice or help them or just be there for them.

I try to be a bit more oldschool. To be more like a gentleman, to help others the best i can. Simple things as holding open a door for someone. Old-fashioned norms and values. Not everything was better in the past but i think these things are important.

Be openminded, try to understand that people can be different in what they do or like or how they feel. Not everything we dont know have to be bad. Think outside the box, there is so much more good stuff to enjoy besides what the mainstream news and social media wants us to believe. Try to be yourself, dare to be different and do stuff you want and like. Be you, there are already more then enough others on this planet.

Respect, you dont always have to agree with eachoter or share the same interests or opinions and believe it or not, you can still be friends. Talk, communicate, arguments but keep commincating. Show people some respect and you might be suprised what it can do.

Be realistic. Im not perfect, i make mistakes. We all do. I try to do my best to understand others, to listen to them, to respect them. But i also can make mistakes, i fail sometimes, im also human. But still i try to do my best to make other people happy. If you have been in some very unhappy times you know what little things can do for someone else. A random act of kindness. A well ment compliment.

Im not sure if this is what the anon messenger wanted me to write but i thought about it for a while and i think these could be positive things about me.

He doesn’t care that my legs are longer and my hips are wider than his......he overlooks the squishiness of my tummy and how the fullness of my breasts mash into his chest.......he pulls me closer to smell my lingering sweet scent, breathing in my insecurities and fears.......he shows me my beauty as his arms wrap around my curves and his eyes mirror mine......he doesn’t speak, he doesn’t have to because his body tells me all I need to know ~ and as his lips press into mine he shares his breath with me, giving life to my beauty and rewriting the words in my head........he doesn’t care about the length of my legs, the size of my breasts or the squish of my tummy ~ he cares about the size of my heart, my eyes that reflect his and the breath I breathe into him, filling his body and soul with love.
