I need advice.

It's a bit of a personal question, but how do you deal with post break up? I recently broke up with my gf, and I feel lonely. It's been a while and that lonely feeling hasn't gone away at all.

i dunno mate, i tend to go off on self destructive benders and overload my schedule so that i don’t have any free time to think.

so you probably shouldn’t follow my example.

but if i had to give you one piece of advice, i would say - don’t try to run away from the uncomfortable feelings. the only way to get past them is to force yourself to sit with them until they’re not uncomfortable anymore.

also never try to get back with your ex.
