pls help a mentally ill homeless trans man

I’m being discharged from the mental health ward I’ve been in for two weeks on Monday. They e told to me to apply as a homeless person at the council, but they would need to assess me before they can help me with any form of accommodation.

I need a sleeping blanket mainly, and money for food and travel til I can find somewhere that will house me. I’m at my wits end. They’re discharging me because they think my mental health has gotten better, but trust me, it’s worse knowing I’m going to be on the street in 48 hours.

So Eggsy was originally written for Aaron Taylor-Johnson but he was told old when Matthew got everything together and now he is in The King's Man playing Eggsy's grandfather/great grandfather!
