Actually, Clark doesn’t have tentacles at all— that was just something Bruce imagined in a dream. When he woke up and realized what his subconscious had conjured, he was overwhelmed with shame.

After they got together, Bruce eventually confessed his fantasy to Clark. Clark was shocked at first, but then he went to see a witch. And thanks to a temporary spell, he grew tentacles… just long enough to fulfill Bruce’s desire.😊
